BatCap 8400, so how good is it really?

Question is, how could are they really? I knwo at 16V it puts out 8400A for 5 seconds and the discharge rate is like NOW but how is the prolonged capacity and does it mix well with other batteries like an AGM's? Any and all info welcome...
