Well I am selling my Helix 1000.2 (2krms @ 1ohm) and I want more power. I am Currently running a single D10 for 3krms @ 2oms and I am looking for something around 4-5krms @ 1 or 2 ohms that is extremely stable and can handle .5 ohms for burps at comps.
I still have to add more batteries (running one) and I have a 200a alt. I can spend up to $1,200.(CDN)
I can get a replacement 1000.2 amp (for a cost)at any given time, as I am sponsored by audissy.com! I have to hold on to the amp for 1yr as my contract states.
I live in Canada, who can I talk to for the RD amps, and how much? I can purchase a 2nd D-10 for 6krms strapped mind you, but I want something a tad more stable and reliable.
like my memphis 4ks. Hifonics goliath. sundown 1500s strapped, sundown 3000, or 2 3000s strapped. Rockford 4000s. Cactus sounds 4,5, or 7000s. I know the sundowns no longer have a 1/2 ohm warranty, but supposed to be very stable. Many people burp the memphis amps @ 1/2 ohm, but you must have good voltage. Is there a budget?
