depends on your budget. With a pair dvc 2's your best bet is a mono amp that runs optimally at 2 ohms. Being that the mofo's can handle quite a bit of power I would thing you'd need at least 1000w rms to even come close to getting decent performance from them.
If you want to push them to their limits you're looking for something around 2000w rms at 2 ohms. However, for that much power you're probably in for an alternator upgrade as well.
