Strapping amps.....

I have 2 Exile 2400.1's and plan on strapping them, master/slave. I have 2 Dual 2 Ohm subs, since I have never strapped an amp before does each amp run to each sub so I can wire each sub to 1 ohm each? As I don't really want to set up a .5 ohm set up for daily listening..... Thanks
