I have a 12" mtx thunder 6000 4 0hm sub woofer (i dont know the rms or peak power rating)

It is in a Q logic 0.8 cu ft sealed/1.0 cu ft vented box.

What is going to be the best amp to match what i have?
thanx

oh.... and i want it to be loud, but still sound good.

Looks like that sub takes 250 rms. I don't think your enclosure is right. how is it .8 cu. ft. sealed and 1 cu. ft. vented. If anything it would be smaller or the same size as the sealed enclosure. I don't really have an amp recommendation, but now everyone has more to work with. I'm sure someone can recommend something around that price.
