I am hoping somebody can help. I require the code for a Kenwood KDC-5016. Daihatsu Sirion 2000 model. My girlfriend purchased the car new so it should not need a code???? After a service & battery change its asking for one. Ser # is KE0642M0900310. Vehicle is in Australia, not sure if that matters. Any help would be appreciated so she stops borrowing my car. Regards. Yeah that part makes sense. But as we have had it since new & never used a code. Cant figure out why its asking. Would prefer not to have to buy a new stereo right now. Cheers
