Rockford Fosgate Power T40001bd question..

it does say 4000 x 1 @1 ohm but the fuse rating is 300A, does this amp do less than it says or something, or is that just a recommended fuse size?

Also how does it compare to a Memphis 4kw in power and quality?

That amp will actually do about 4400 x1 @1ohm. I would rather have the RF. The Memphis is a great amp too, but I personally like the RF's.

The 10th post down shows the ratings for the T40001bd.

That fuse rating is wrong, where did you get that from?

And the RF > the Memphis, better quality and underrated, although the Memphis is also good.

for me, memphis has better quality but in output, rockford owns memphis

^^^^ What makes you say that?

Those Memphis 4kws don't tolerate low voltage well at all. By contrast, I have never seen a blown RF 40001.
