Whichever I get will be powering a 10" Treo TSX.

The Clarion -- just not proven. The Kicker's nice, but I think you'd be overpaying for a bunch of extra power you 400w 10" wouldn't be able to use anyway.

Just going for quality/price on amps before I choose coil configuration.. I can get the kicker for $236+shipping or I can get the JBL for $180+shipping Is it worth the $56(and actually, probably an additional $25 because its a price group above) so roughly $75 for the kicker over the JBL?
