i have my 2 jl 12 w6s hooked up to a jl1800dmonoblock amp and when i was listening to them the other day it all just quit working. i checked all the wires and made sure everything was connected the way it was supposed to be and it still isnt working i really need some help any suggestions? ps. the amp power light is on so i guess the amp is getting power.... but if i get close to the subs i can barely hear the music but they arnt bumping at all i cannot figure it out.
Check speaker wires inside the box(starting with the first sub in line with the amp) and check the RCA's as well. The ground could also cause some problems but if amp remains on than I doubt that is the case. JMO
