Will you notice an extra 190 watts?

lets say u put a amp which birhsheet says 1700 watts rms on some 15's then u take it off and upgrade to a amp which says 1890 watts rms n the same 15's will u notice any difference?

Find out how much power your 15" needs to achieve max excursion and stick to it. Anything over that amount isn't really necessary.

You won't notice anything unless it's 2600w or higher.

I used to have 4 12's on 2 ma audio hk-1998 which was 1200w rms @ 1 ohm, 1 time I only had 2 12's on 1 ma audio it did bang now when I put the other 2 on the other ma audio amp which I had 4 12's bangin on 2 same model amps the 4 12's still sounded like 2 12's I thought it was suppose to be double what the 2 12's offered

to notice a difference, you'd need to increase about 3dB, which would be double the power.
to get double the volume, to your ears, or 6 to 10dB, you'd need to increase power by six to ten times.
