I just bought 2 12" mtx 9512-44 subs, a kicker zx 1500.1 amp, and a Phoenix Gold R8.0:4 4 channel amp. Should this system sound good? Could i have chosen better amps for the same price?
The box i am going to get is a MTX Bass Slammer Dual Vented Subwoofer Enclosure from circuit city, im not sure exact specs on it. and i have a 2002 grand am gt 2dr coupe.
Amp is good. The MTX's, though they are good subs, better could have been better for the $$. I suggest you make your own box. If you cant, I would see if someone you know, knows how to make a box. Or hit up Logan on this forum. He is making and shipping enclosures. He gave me a nice quote on a HUGE box.
