can i run 2 ZX750.1 on a stock alt??? I have an 06 mustang with big 3 done only. If i upgrade only batt would i be able to run both? Unsure of specs. on alt. but i would assume its a 90a
Assuming you are running them at 2 ohms that's 1500 watts total power. That's pushing it for a stock alt.
To calculate how many amps of current your system will draw: 1500 watts / 12 volts = 125 125 * 1.2 to account for the amp not being 100% efficent = 150 amps.
That gives a rough estimate of how much current you system can draw at full power.
