Shara sweetheart, here is how:

Method 1 (all applicable models except '03--07 Accords with the navigation system) 1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II). 2. Turn on the audio unit, and make sure you see COdE in the display. If you don't see this message, pull the backup fuse for 1 minute, and then go back to step 1. 3. Turn off the audio unit. 4. Press and hold the 1 and 6 preset buttons, then turn on the audio unit. The display toggles between two screens. The first screen displays a U and the first four digits of the serial number (for example, U2200). The second screen displays an L and the last four digits of the serial number (for example, L0055). Ignore the U and L, and write down all eight digits. Method 2 ('03--07 Accords with the navigation system) 1. Turn the ignition switch to ACC (I). 2. Turn on the audio unit, and make sure you see COdE in the upper display. If you don't see this message, pull the backup fuse for 1 minute, and then go back to step 1. 3. Turn off the audio unit. 4. Press and hold the top halves of the SEEK/SKIP and CH/DISC bars, and then press and release the PWR/VOL knob. This display toggles between two screens. The first screen displays a U and the first four digits of the serial number (for example, U2200). The second screen displays an L and the last four digits of the serial number (for example, L0055). Ignore the U and L, and write down all eight digits. 5. Call Honda Dealer for Radio Code. 6. Use the TUNE knob to enter the first four digits of the anti-theft code into the audio unit. (Ignore the last digit; it's not used.) When you turn the TUNE knob, COdE disappears, and a single digit is displayed. Turn the knob left or right to select each of the anti-theft code digits. When you press the TUNE knob, the system beeps and accepts each digit as it spells out CODE on the display.

Yet another two posts of the same request.

You are now wasting our time so please do not post any more code requests on this forum.

Your code just is not available for free so you are going to have to pay to get it read+recode at a Decode Specialist

Some things in life just have to be paid for !

This is for honda accord 98-02.

Look at inside the glove box, there is a label with a code and a serial. The 5 numbers are the code that you need for the audio, try it. I did it of that way and my audio works.

Please note:

The majority of HONDA codes are NOT readily available as access is required to the original factory database which is not commercially available to buy

HONDA radios are made by the following manufacturers

ALPINE
AUTOSOUND
BLAUPUNKT
CLARION
KENWOOD
MATSUSHITA
PIONEER

The only Honda radio codes that are available to be calculated for free from anywhere on the Internet will be radios made by

BLAUPUNKT.
These will have a Serial Number beginning with BP and another number beginning with 7 *** *** *** found on a label on the radio casing

UNFORTUNATELY ... NO OTHERS !

So you will be wasting your time posting code requests here for any other make.

BLAUPUNKTS ONLY with a BP Serial Number

=================================================

For EVERY other HONDA radio made by one of the other manufacturers then visit the website below

https://radio-navicode.honda.com

If they cannot provide your code then you will have to try your HONDA Main Dealer or a Decode Service who will plug it into a laptop and electronically read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

Leave it SWITCHED ON...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself ( It could take over 24 hours)

(UNDISTURBED is important because if it is interrupted, then the waiting time starts all over again)

Make sure you have the correct code.

If you do not have the code then read my above message on December 10th re Honda Codes

WARNING: If you have a Navigation system and do not have power going to the car when you disconnect your battery your Audio and Navigation system will stop working. You will need to re-enter your Audo and Navi codes into the car to get them to operate again. If you've lost them then goto the link below.

Getting my codes took me 2 hours because I lost little plastic business card with the codes. I've given instructions on how to get the codes. Link is below.

HONDA RADIOS.................IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING ANY CODE REQUEST

=============================================
If you CANNOT find a code written on the radio or on a card in the glovebox (or similar "hidden" place ) then please read on

=================================================

I recently took my aftermarket radio out of my 2006 Honda Accord and I was searching the car forever. I found the "CODE" in my glove box on the left side. It just says numbers, and it doesn't say Code on it. But the 5 digits worked, so make sure to check the car for any random numbers anywhere.
