yea the DD's are prolly done. they caught a good lil hit. my TV came outta the dash, and it dont work now. Ima try and get pics

Damages:-(that i can see)
Trunk bent up, drivers side rear fender bent, Bumper smashed, sub-frame cracked and frame outta line by 2.5"(estimate). Also, screen of course is broke, air shocks no longer work, possible gas leak, spair tire compartment smashed in.

The guy had insurance. Went like this. I stopped, car behind me stopped, car behin her stopped...............long pause(meanwhile im bumpin loudly).............15 seconds later guy comes down the lil road leavin school, around 15 cars in front of me also stopped, and he rear ends mandy, Mandy's car hits Sarah's, Sarah's car smashes mine. Mine doesn't more but takes a good hit and possibly totalled.

lol Nah Chad, that's just wrong. But if you are hurt, don't hesitate to get what you can. Try to get some pills asap. Oh yea, you still might wanna get an exam just in case later problems with your back, neck, etc. may come up. Then you really wont' have a case against that fool. Sorry to hear that about your music though man.

Idk bout it all. My HU flew out, and it doesn't work. The subs got thrown over 1ft. backward, so idk. And as for the amp I can't test it. But ima push for the insurance company to replace it all. or give me a check for the retail value(around 5k).

see this is the main reason y ppl should secure all their audio firmly so that if u ever get in an accident ur precious stuff doesnt become a weapon thrown against u with all those forces acting around

good to hear ur safe though ......

HAHA. My amp was mounted on the box atleast. I finally did this like last week when i got the new box. Really isnt much to secure mine to. And the whole carpet thing flew back.

Insurance really don't have a choice but to replace it or give me watever i settle for. Price's on cars are negotiable, retail on equipment is not as far as they know.

Sometimes aftermarket audio equipment is not covered...unless specifically mentioned in your insurance policy.....lucky for you, it was someone elses fault so it should cover it.....but if you ever have a wreck where you are at fault, make sure that your audio equipment has been added to your policy.
I asked my insurance company one time, and they would have to take pictures, and have something showing what the speakers/subs/amps, etc...are worth, so they could add it to the policy

when all my stuff got stolen out of my car, I got a check for ALL OF IT! I bought it off ebay and from the pawn shop so I got almost twice what I paid for it. Glad you're OK dude.
Like Rovin said, secure everything. I got rear ended by a guy doing about 60 and a glass bowl flew from my cargo area and hit my windshield.
Again, glad you're OK

With my insurance you can cover X amount.. you just pay more for the coverage.

Btw.. your car does not look totaled in no way lol.. that is not really that much damage. I've seen way worse fixed

Yea man I'd push the insurance company to give you top dollar on your system...Really let them have it lol.

I don't mean to sound like a thief or anything, but if it was his fault, he not only damaged the equipment, but the time and effort you put into it, so if it were me, I wouldn't feel bad demanding the highest retail price you can find on your stuff.

its not jordan's insurance that is going to pay for his stuff. its the other guy's insurance. since its the other dudes fault, his insurance is suppose to cover everything that was damaged. if jordan was carrying anything in his car and it got damaged, the other guy's insurance is supposed to cover it.

Jack- it isnt the panels and all thats the big problem. its just my car is worth about 7k, which to total would only take like 5.5k. Well a new trunk and repainted for my car wuld b about 1500. New bumper painted, around 800. New left panel idk yet, air compressor for shocks is very pricey. Frame was bent in 2.5", alot to fix. Theres also underneath damage, drives fine, but the bill to fix it will be more than it costs to replace it after you include labor and all in the repair bill. No estimates yet, thats just visual damage, so there may be more. It's also leaking somethin, not sure what, lol, thats y im not drivin any.

I wont settle for under 6500 b/c the NADA is 6800. I only gave 6000 for it. As far as the system goes.

2 12" DD9512s-$900-$1200 (dependin on what i can get)
AVH-p6400cd - $750
15" flipdown - $400
Orion 2500d - $750

This is what ima list on my acc. damages.

im guessin u meant am i lookin to sell the subs. And i may, but alotta ppl here in town wanna buy em. So i may jus have a lil auction amongst them lol. but, for the right price, and dependin on the insurance situation, i may keep em. Turns out after 3500-4000 my car is totalled.
