This is my first system, and I need a little help in the planning stage. I have 4 amps, 2 4 chan 800w, and 2 800 monos, which i need to power my 4 8" solobaric kickers, and my 4 6.5" MB quart q series speakers (along with the 4 3" tweeters). Can any one tell me how they would hook the power supply up, and how many preamp outputs I would need on a headunit? Thanks
I would run 0 ga back from the batt to a distro block with 4 4ga 's coming out of it to each amp. You are going to need a deck with 3 sets of outputs which almost all have now days. front/rear/sub. You are going to jump from one sub amp to the next so that you only use 1 set out form the deck.
