FUZZY SOUND!?!

so idk if its the amp or the speakers...i have 200RMS components in the front and the amp puts out 100RMS...its wired through a first amp so its the second amp in the circuit..it only sounds fuzzy when at low volumes..when up past like 10 or 15 it sounds pretty clear...could it be cause i have the gain all the way up? could it be the wiring i used wasnt braided? could it be just wack speakers? wack amp? should i adjust the frequency? if so how should it be adjusted? its just annoying lol

sarcasm can confuse newbies chauncey, matthew what's you HU preout voltage? 2V?? match the gain.

mayby bad RCA's, i know my head unit needs to have RCA's run to the amp, right now im not using them so it sounds fuzzy at low volumes mayby we have the same problem
