Toyota CD changer - Panasonic CX-DP880U

Toyota 6 disk changer (Panasonic CX-CS0110FA) changer is DOA. The CD controller is a Toyota 74805. Internet research indicated the Panasonic CX-DP880U is still available and is compatible with your controller. The CD changer (12 pin connector) end has a different configuration to the exiting factory connector. Factory head unit does not accept din and RCAs of the cable provided with the DP880U. Purchased accesory part YESSCRD0003 but connector does not match factory cable. Any suggestion on making this setup work? Does anyone know the wiring assignments of the Toyota factory connector and the DPU880U connector in case splicing is the only alternative?....thanks
