Can some one give me the pros and cons of this unit.

I've heard those amps and they do have really good SQ but but you wont get 1 watt over there rated power! I think its 125 wpc rms.
I've got a 5100t(last years model) NIB that I bought for a client and then he flaked. I'll ship it to you for $97. It's the same as the 5200t but looks a little different. For your speakers, the 5200/5100 is more than enough and should sound really good.

I've also got a pioneer Premier 7150m sub amp that would run near 400watts rms to those subs if your running a 2 ohm load.

I'd ship both amps to your door for $177. there both new. and they match!

Benny boy pioneer amps are not good, they're expensive for what they do.

Pioneer HUs are good. Subs are loud and their speaker are decent and cheap.

juliob, You are out of order! I've installed dozens of Pioneer amps and had no issues with them! how many have you installed/heard?
I also know there's a differents between Pioneer, Soundstream, Zapco and linearPower. the last three are better than pioneer but this by no means makes pioneer a bad amp! You wont get twice the rated power from a Pioneer and there a little large for the power ratings, but there clean and take a beating. Thats a lot better than most of the junk amps out there.

I'm also coming for a SQ point of view and I could care less about SPL!

But thanks for your OPINION! thats all it is!
