A/d/s amps: Are they good?

A friend bought it from somehwere and he's selling it to me for only $130. Should I get the a/d/s or should I get instead the JBL cs-60.4 amplifier? What do you think?

But if a/d/s is no longer making amps and the new AB-490 is a new mosfet model, is it an authentic a/d/s amp?
