if that's the old two-channel model, it's a 300.2
that's rated for 75wRMS x 2 @ 4 ohms I believe
300w x 1 @ 4 ohms

email RF's website with the model and ask for a manual.

underpowered.

each type R should get at least 300wRMS or so for good performance.

I've seen them given as much as 600 watts each, but 300 each works very well, so a 600 watt mono amp is good for two type R subs

a JBL BP600.1 would do fine, and it's cheap.

Ok so how would you wire that from the + on Amp to the + on speaker 1 and - from amp to - on speaker 2...and then a wire from + to - speaker to speaker?

if you had 2 amps that were each rated for a 50 amp fuse, would you just get a 100 amp fuse? or is there an equation to use in order to find out how big of a fuse to get.

the JBL amp has two sets of speaker terminals.
connect one sub to each set.
done.

for the fuses, yes add the ratings.
two 50A fused amps would need a main line fuse of 100A.
