Not a matter of saving money, matter of just spending the money haha. I dont no how much of an improvement from 22 watts of rms to 45 watts of rms will sound? Im sure it will be good in the highs and mids how bout a little bit of lows?

Well I bought a cheap azz one just to see how it went,

NITRO BMW-43 NITBMW43
Mini 4-Channel 300W
Amplifier http://www.millionbuy.com/nitbmw43.html

Perfect as far as the wattage goes, lets hope it sounds decent and will last a little while. If I notice a nice change from the 22watts my cd player dishes out to the 45 that this will give out, maybe ill invest in a good one.

What should I really be expecting though haha?

Thanks all.

Ive actually heard good stuff about Nitro amps. IMO i dont like them, i guess i really just dont like the name. But if you like it then thats all that matters.

Any reason as to why you do not like them? Also, what kind of stuff have you heard about them?

Like I stated, I figured it was a cheap enough amp to not really worry about a ton. I figured if this came out decent, I would invest in a high quality one which I assume would improve quality.

But for some reason im starting to doubt this purchase althobeit a 30.00$ purchase.

Cavs, WTF did you hear good about nitro???

damn man forget about NITRO, profile is way better... for that lil amount of power maybe you should have bought the 600w model from them lol!

Nitro is way bad.

did anyone actually LOOK at that nitro?? It's about the size of a note card. There is no way 180w is coming out of that thing. I would agree that your HU is probably more powerful.

Check out the 440sx at profilecaraudio.com/amplifiers.htm
Should be around $60 shipped. It's a refurb with a 1 yr warranty from the manufacturer.

rated at 50w x 4 at 4 ohms stereo and 150x2 bridged. Probably a little over-rated, but a LOT more power than that nitro paper weight.

Well I just got it in, it is about as small as a notecard and weighs about 4 lbs or so. It def does work, for how long I do not know. Actually quite suprised with it being that the gain was on minimum, and usually my cd player allows me to go to volume 36 without distortion and this went to 72 clearly and was quite loud. The bass wasn't nearly as bad as the regualr cd player was either, it actually sounded decent too! Ill go fiddle with it some more see how it works out

Well I figured out the problem. A bad set of RCA cables. Got some new ones and badda bing it works just fine. Not going to lie, pretty impressed by this cheap little amplifier. Ill use it untill it goes or I find a great deal on a good one, which ever comes first.

The highs do sound absolutetly amazing though.

I'm going to guess few people have ever been as easily impressed as you.

Well, if you actually saw this thing in person, you would have low expectations for it as well. Then, when it actually surpasses it, thus making me impressed, you get the above topic by myself.
