I had kx1200.1 and pair cvx's but 4 now i bought 2512 and i want an amplifier for it .. kx1200.1 is stable @ 1ohm i need 2ohm stable . I was thinking about zx1000.1 ALPINE MRD-M1005 JBL GTO1201.1 all of these about 350$ or JBL BPX1100.1 , But its 540$ is it worth geting this one .. I don't think So . What do u all think .. |

I do like the alpine, but seriously all depends on your taste. The best for the money would be the Gto, but the kicker has better quality |

Post Number: 2398 Registered: Dec-05 | the amp is 1/2 stable cuz can handle the load, is not supposed to do it cuz kicker doesn't specifies it but the amp has such good quality that can hold the load. If you think about running at 1/2 ohm you're gonna need some electrical upgrades cuz your amp is gonna need some current. BTW kicker power supply is very good, so you're going to be pleased with your new amp. Btw what are you going to do with your kicker kx 1200.1???? |
