hi there im about to recieve my 2 12" comp vrs in mail and i need to know best way to hook them up to a new deep cycle battery. Do i buy this new battery and run the amp off that? or do i swap with the original or how do i go about setting this up? i have a 105amp alternator i believe ( 91 oldsmobile cutlass ciera ) and i dont want any dimming or problems blowing the alternator or anything. any help?
there is no reason for you to get a batt unless you are playin excessive amounts of music with the car off. other than that, there is no se for a batt with the car on. and no, you wouldnt replace your regualr battery under the hood, and no you dont hook the subs to them?..
with 105a alt, you will be fine, and nothin will happen... dont worry bout it. i had my 2 cvr's runnin on 75a alt, and no dimmin
