hey guys i got my system installed, sounds dirtyy, but at night when i put my headlights on, my bass automatically cuts out, no headlight dimming or anything. Then, when i turn the lights off, it comes back within 5 seconds. Im assuming, lol, that i need a ho alt. but does that happen to everyone or do you get dimming instead??
that happened in my car my alt was shot b4 i even hooked up my system played for about a minute and everything started dying i didnt even have enough power to turn on my head unit
I've heard people have had problems with EA HO ALT'S such as not fitting the vehicle properly.I don't know if I would go with one of them but that's just what I have heard.I also heard that PowerMasters makes the best HO ALT'S but I'm not sure.I have also heard of Iraggi but I know nothing about their alternators.But I would look into any of those 3 manufacturers.
