There is a delay in the remote turn on. if there wasn't there would be a thump/pop when it powered up. Polo..

Good amps have a silent turn on and take a few seconds to power up so you don't pop your sub/speakers. But if you say it wont turn on at all now... thats no good!

Did you check the fuses? If your amp isn't getting power then it would be the first thing I checked.

yea i went there and they said the gain was f'ed up cause they tried to give it more cause the amp is 1000 watts and the sub is 1500??? its a 1000watt rms sub but they said cause its a 2 ohm ? i was confused. then some guy came out and said they had it hooked in parallel, when it should be hooked in series. is this correct for my setup or should it be in parallel. tyler whats urs set at? thanks bro

i have a 2 ohm and i just hooked the wires behind the sub its mono set so i can just push the amp to a full 1100 watts

man that guy dunno what hes talkin about "1500" that sub is 1000 to 2000 it reccomends throw 1000 rms into that sub weather its 2 ohm or 4 ohm

the guy mentioned that my amp gain was too much even tho he turned it down cause the bass shut off again. also he said it could be that my amp is mounted on the back of my seat and isnt cooling properly so i should put the seat down. lemme knowww
