Connecting a JBL PX300.4 Amp to A JL Audio 1000/1 Amp?

I was reading JBL's amp description and it indicates that No high-loss Y-adapters or splitteres are needed. Does that mean that I would not need this http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_1612.html? Can someone please help me.

exactly, just mount them both close enough to the battery so they can get power through osmosis...

no, that means that you can run one set of rca's to the jbl px300.4 from your decks preout, then, if you dont have another preout on your deck or you just dont want to run another set of rca's from the deck to the amp, that jbl has a full range preamp output, just like your deck, that you can then connect to your 1000/1. but ,of course, you still need to provide each amp with power, proper ground, and remote.
