I recently had a system with 2 L5 15 on a 3000 watt power acoustik amp with a custom box in a 94 chevy caprice it got stolen now im think about going with 4 jl 12w3 with two 500/1 or 1000/l which would be better the main question is will this system sound better than my old one and hit harder and i was also thiking about porting the 4 12 with a custom box should i do that or leave it sealed. My second option is 4 15L7 with two hifonics new 2000 watt amp need info.
jl's r made more for sq while kickers r made almost straight spl so i think it would depend on wut u listen to or think is more important...but for me id say the jl setup would b my choice
