yeah that one, did you check ebay? cheaper there. You shouldn't use a cap without having an alt, cuz it just puts more strain to your system. 500w rms is not a huge amount of power, so you can run it with a stock alt.

the 500/1 is designed for that series of subwoofers .... i personally would use the JL 500/1 .... neither one of those amps compare to the JL ... altho the PG amp is a very solid amplifier ... the JL is a step above the rest ... if u can afford it

yeah and like it was said earlier, make sure u look around. u can get a much better price than $299 on that PG amp. Personally, id go with the JL too.

oh god yea .. ebay has em for much cheaper ... also shop around the net alittle ... u can find em on special on occasion

good choice of amps either way .. stay away from that ma audio unless ur really on a budget
