Im hearing a lot of noise about these amps, so are they considered good budget amps? They all alright amps? Or are some better that the other? How are their mono amps?
they are good amps, pretty solid, reliable, good features..ect... don't put out buy 70% of rating though, so don't count on all the power they say. % of power you'll see gets better with a higher load.
they did a review in the August 2006 issue of Car Audio and Electronics of the XX-Goliath.
i would stay away from the lower line of hifonics,but the brutus series are solid and the xx series is there top of the line and they put out there rated power very good and under rated
