Help --- Hifonics Amps good or bad

I found a Hifonics amp saying it pushes 1600 rms mono. is it safe to just run the 1600 rms? help please if you can.

What do you mean you have 600 of the 2000 needed? From what I hear, the Hifonics amps are overrated. They say that they only produce about 75% of the RMS they claim.
