Does anyone know what could of happened

I had 8 gauge wiring and just replaced it with 4 gauge and its all hooked up right and now my subs still sound good but my highs seem like there not as loud does anyone know why this might happened?

maybe your bass got louder and its drowding out your highs LMAO i have no clue what im talkin about :D

check your ground then re adjust your crossover settings and gain, maybe something got changed

less power fluctuation on the sub amp..

maybe you forgot a setting when redoing your radio settings

probably less electrical fluctuation on the sub amp and what your experiencing is the benefits of having bigger power wires (besides amperage/temperature handling)

the sub amp is now taking the power the speaker amp was using because its wires are now larger. You need to even out the amps power wires- all at the same gauge, so the power is equal.
