Question 1. How long can the REMOTE wire be? I wanna make it long enough so I can install a on/off switch, ALSO, can I use any wire for a REM wire?

Question 2. Someone explain "Variable Low-Pass Filter" and how to set it.

Question 3. I was wondering, I dont have enough 12g speaker wire, so I wanted to connect my second sub with 16g, the sub is in its own box and from the sub to the terminals is 12g. I want to connect from the terminals to the amp with 16g? BAD IDEA?

Question 1: The length of REMOTE wire doesn't effect the system performance, it just turn on the additional equipment that you have. But if you have many Electronic devices to TURN ON, looking for a relay. You can use 14g-16g wire for your remote.
Question 2: "Variable Low-Pass-Filter" this is an option for you to adjust the low pass Filter output to your speaker. It depends what's your speaker specification
Question 3: Just spend a few more buds for 12g wire.
