Anyone got a orion 4004 amp I need to know if it good or not

Is the orion 4004 amp good i know orion is known to be good but just wondering if anyone had any expirences with that specific amp also it is 100w x 4 at 2 ohm can my speakers run at that or do they haft to run at 4ohm
