I have 2 4ohm R's wired to 2ohm on 2 CH.
My amp is supposed to be 600 X 2 @ 2ohms
If it is bridged it is supposed to be I think 1200-1600 RMS Cant remember exactly @ 4ohms.

So would it be better to run them bridged or does it make a difference??

if you have each sub on its own channel at 2 ohms per channel, then you have to have the dual 4 ohm models.

most bridged amps won't be stable below 4 ohms, so you'll have to wire the VC's in series, then the subs in parallel for a 4 ohm final impedance for the amp.

make sure the coil ratings are right before you hook it up though. if they are dual 2 ohm subs, you'll have a 2 ohm final impedance and could burn that amp up.

I'd bridge it and wire the subs just like the pic in the other thread.

Power will be equal -- 600x2 at 2 = 1200x1 at 4, but what you'll gain is eliminating the slight stereo differences which may result in some loss of output.
Any improvment would probably be unnoticable to minor, but of the two options I'd prefer bridged.
