if all the wireing and fuses are ok, and you are getting signal to the amp, its prob bad.

check rca's. check speaker wires. make sure they're all connected firmly, no shorts or anything.

if everthing checks out fine, grab a DMM. first use the ohmeter to check if yer subs are blown. if they are fine, test amp's speaker terminals for voltage while the radio is on. if you don't get any signal, unplug RCAs from amp and test voltage at the tips while yer radio is playing. if you get no signal, you may have bad RCAs. so test for voltage at preout tips at back of radio. if you get signal, you need new RCAs, if you get no signal, yer deck's preouts have gone out. hope things turn out well.
