Has anyone ever heard of a UL2800 ?

I have never even heard of one of these amps I just got it for a cheap starter amp.it was only like 120 shipped from audiosavings.

And I own one. I just want to make shure the specs are right because the ebay add said in the add "4 25 AMP FUSES" and the amp I got has 4 30 amp fuses... The instuctions that came with it just show you how to bridge an amp. No RMS No max No OHMS or any info I need.
