I was going to get a second deep cycle battery and put it in my trunk for my system, and leave the stock one for everything else. I know I need a battery isolator, but I've read that it's best to run 2 of the same battery. My stock battery is pretty tiny, so will I run into any charging problems running it along with a deep cycle?
