Posted on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 - 05:25 GMT I just hook up a brand new yellow top battery in my truck. Everything work great, but when i took my truck for a ride, as i acclerate i hear werid noise comin out from my speaker. but when i decrease the noise seem to go away. I never have a problem like that til i hook up a new battery today. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be |

Reground your battery with a new neg-chassis. That should fix it.
With a new battery that has more potential you will need a new ground. |

Posted on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 - 06:03 GMT ok, i just fixed the problem i think, i used 4 awg chassis ground, im not sure it the alternator whine, the noise came when i turn up my music. it have been my grouding area, i sanded the place and re connect my ground wire |
