Haven't done car audio in 8 yrs...much has changed. Looking to upgrade my factory system. Front openings allow for 1" tweeters, 5.25" midrange. I've looked at Infinity Reference components 5010cs (4 ohms/channel, 75 RMS). Like to get 4-channel amp and power front speakers w/ 2 channels and bridge the rear to a 10" (maybe RF punch 3). Is RF still good? (P4004, 50x4) Is Lanzar way overrated (125x4)? Are there other brands now? I don't want to blow the components, the amp, or sub. Bass control knobs are nice, don't need anything ridiculous, can spend about $600 in all. Any advice appreceiated.
