I am wonder what amp I should get to power my 2 10" sony xplod subs. They are 300w rms 4ohm dvc. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?dest=9999999997&product_id=4541644&sou rceid=0100000030660804302498 are the same ones. I'm trying to go for quality sound rather than just volume. I'm thinking of paralleling them to 2ohm and connecting them to an alpine mrp-m350 or mrd-m301. Thanks for your help.

I dont mean to burst your bubble but sonys suck ! if you already have them take them back or sell them and get a Alpine R 12" that would be better than 2 10" xpold and it just a better made SQ sub than sony could dream.

HAHA WALMART...

HAHA SONYS...

HAHA "I'm trying to go for quality sound"

SONY SUCKS! if you're trying to stay cheap with your subs around $60 (which those sonys cost) you should buy 2 Resonant Engineering RE's from www.reaudio.com they cost $60 each for the 10" im pretty sure... will be louder and sound MUCH MUCH MUCH better than those sony's guaranteed. be smart.

4 ohm DVC buy the directed 750d from ikesound and wire them to get 1 ohm load. Those subs are bad but that's your choice
