I have no clue about car stereo, but i'm trying to get my boyfriend an amplifier for his bday since his burned out few days ago. He has two i believe 12" or 15" sony subwoofers, and i'm hoping that you could lead me in the right direction here as to which amplifier i should be looking for and which brands sound very good with sony subwoofers without it being too expensive. Silver Member Username: BlainewPost Number: 833 Registered: Nov-05 | get a mono amp that does 800 watts rms at 2 ohms wire both subs together in paralell to get a two ohm load if the subs are 4 ohhm "dual voice coil" u need to still get a mono amp that is 800 watts RMS but at 1 ohm instead of two |
