there should be a screw u and screw in or out by your throttle body were the cable runs threw... were u can rev ur engine under the hood... a screw u can screw it in to get a high idle and our for a lower idle least thats how most are
most newer cars are vacuum controlled. so you'll have to find out how to adjust the vacuum control module. just depends on the vehicle though, like most things.
