ok iv got 6.5s 50rms in the front

in the back 6x9s 80rms....when i turn it up loud they get distorted...would that be the speakers or because they are underpowerd because i dont have an amp yet?

also what would be a good cheap amp to get...preferably sony

i was thinking about this and maybe putting a small sub in i wouldnt need much and running my 6x9s on it?????
