Using car amp at home?

Anyone know how I would accomplish this? A car battery only outputs 12-14volts eh? But I'm guessing it isn't as easy as just getting some 14volt power supply... or is it? What would I use to power an amp at home? (for the record I would be trying to hook up my Orion2500d with 1 Premier Ts-w5000spl) Just because I havn't hooked them up in my car yet due to not having a box for the sub :-(... but I digress, anyone help?

-Thanks

Well u would need a Dc power supply that would put out about 14 volt. Radio shack sell a 25 amp for about 100 dollar. I got one at home powering a JL 500/1 and a JL 12w6v2 and a amp for mid and high. It sound good, i like havin car audio speaker for a system in my room better then a stereo.
