I just purchased this new Jensen reciever for my car. I matched the wires up according to the directions, unfortunately everytime I start the car the radio defaults. The radio resets itself constantly everytime I start my car up...WHATS THE PROBLEM can somebody helpme? PLZZZZ
You switched the battery constant wire (yellow) with the ignition wire (red). That or the battery constant isn't getting power when the car is turned off.
