I have a 2004 Honda Civic w/ stock CD player and since getting my car back from getting my battery replaced my CD player's sound is distorted. It comes out of all of the speakers and doesn't sound like blown speakers, just kind of a crackling noise that gets worse the louder the volume is turned up. Also happens off/on when the radio is on. Any ideas what could've caused this???
It is either 2 things, the speakers or the radio going bad. its electronics, it could have just gone bad, just at the time you replaced the battery. I do not think they are connected though.
