lets say i have speakers that are 2 ohms...and they are 90 RMS each...and i have 4 of them

i have a 4 channel amp that is 50 RMS times 4 @ 2 ohms per channel

since the speakers will be hooked up to the amp...am i even getting the rated power from the head unti ....or is the only thinbg powering the speakers the amp?

i need to know this so i know what power range amp i should get

right. if you have four speakers and one 4-way amp then the HU's built in amp is not used.

does your 4channel have line out on it, if it does run rca from it to the sub amp, if not use rear from radio and put y's on the front
