Using glass wolfes formula i calculated that the load for my car and my system is 329a. I currently have a 100a stock alternator. I was planning on getting like a 220a ho alternator, both this and my stock alternator.I was going to get an excide orbital 34xcd or a optima 34d yellowtop. Any advice on which route I should take or see any obvious flaws in my thinking. If you have any ideas I'd much appreciate it
what kind of car do you have? And are there dual alternator kits readily available for your model? If not, to have both alternators put in, you're going to need a fabricator to do the work for you.
