i need help. i just bought a new amp and it's running my battery dry, i have the most powerful battery u can put in my car. should i buy a new cap or should i get extra batteries in the trunk and just run my system off of that or what? help please

are playing your system while the car isnt running? if you are of course you will drain the battery

nope i am just runnning it hard though. if the amp starts hitting too hard the cap justs shuts it off, so i have no idea what to do

so i guess its more my cap draining down the battery, should i get a new battery or a ho alternator.
