Hey guys. Hoping one of you could shed me some insight on how to go about this. I purchased two PC Fans for air circulation. My amps are enclosed in a sealed area and I need these fans to move the air. So my question is, how do I run two PC fans in my truck?

install them, hook them to a 12 volt source, if they are 12 volt fan motors of course. use a toggle switch to turn them on or off, or if you use a relay, you can hook them up to your REM wire, so they will kick on when your amps do. not too sure on how to do that or the kind of relay you will need. i think there was a section on this on www.bcae1.com

all you'd need to do for the relay, is run the relay to a bosch 30-40 amp relay (like 2 bucks), ground the relay, attach the relay to a 12v power source, and use the output of the relay as your new remote wire. Problem solved.
